Every year, Windsor Lions enjoy putting on a social event for some of the older members of our local community.

Older people often feel isolated and can’t get out as much as they would like, and this lunch or afternoon tea gives them a welcome opportunity to meet old friends and make new ones whilst enjoying the hospitality of our club.

Everything from transport to delicious food and drink, entertainment and even a goodie bag to send them on their way is provided.  It is an event that everyone enjoys – we know the guests love it as there is always a waiting list – and the club members go home with a real ‘feel good’ feeling!
